Valentine’s Day is here this week and I thought it would be fun to share these Free Printable Valentines. If you’re looking for the perfect classroom greeting, you’re sure to find one here in this adorable set.
Free Printable Valentines for Kids
Matthew is 16 and in 11th grade now, so there’s no Valentine’s class parties for us. He won’t be exchanging multiple gifts/cards either. In the early years, I always volunteered at Matthew’s holiday class parties. I happily signed up to manage and contribute food so I could ensure it was safe.
It was always fun to see the kids exchange and open their non-candy treats to see what they received. I was always in awe of those creative moms who came through with clever trinkets and cute gifts.
Looking back, I’m sure I wasn’t the only mom happy with the non-candy treats. I’ve never had to worry about sugar consumption with Matthew. Sweet treats are not really his thing (he likes Starbursts and Skittles, but is not one to over-indulge).
But I know other moms who have to work at minimizing the sugar in-take in their families. Our thing, of course, was always worrying about catching the candy from a mom that missed the no-nut memo!
I’m all for the sweet treats, but I love the idea of personal gifts that are easy to throw together. It’s fun and a little different. These printable Valentines are are an inexpensive option and “cool” enough for the boys to print and pass out too!
These free printable Valentines each include clever quotes that can be paired with a small gift. Think bubbles, pencils, erasers or a small toy.
You can use these as a stand-alone with a sweet treat or non-candy valentine gift. These printable valentines make an adorable greeting for a classroom of kids.
- Heavy white cardstock paper (I like the #80-100 pound weight) or glossy photo paper
- Hole punch and/or string/tape (to attach to small gifts – bubbles, pencils) * optional
I printed a copy of these cute cards on heavy white cardstock that I had in my office. (Shhhh…. don’t say anything, I’m using these to accompany $5 gift cards for a few of my sweet mom friends; I know – I’m a geek – I hope they like these!). ?
These free Valentines are perfect for family, friends, siblings, neighbors and teachers. You’re welcome to print a page of these (as many as you need). If you click this link, it will take you to an image with the six cards on it. Save the image to your computer and print or you can print directly from the link without saving.

My favorite: You are a gem of a friend. And you dear reader, you are a gem of a mom. Happy Valentine’s Day. ❤️
