About me
I’m Just a Mom Who’s Been There
I know how scary and overwhelming life can feel after a peanut allergy diagnosis. I’ve lived it. l’ve cried it. I’ve Googled ingredients at 11PM at the grocery store the night before a class party. I’ve packed “just in case” snacks everywhere we’ve gone. And I’ve learned that you don’t have to do it alone.
you’ve got this – and I’ve got you. ♥
My Story
My son was diagnosed with a peanut allergy when he was a toddler. Like so many parents, I felt blindsided and terrified. Suddenly, I had a million questions, and no idea where to begin.
So I started researching. Reading labels. Asking questions. Learning everything I could about keeping him safe while still helping him enjoy a full, happy childhood.
Over time, fear turned into confidence.
Today, I share what I’ve learned so your journey can feel a little less overwhelming than mine did.
I’ve Been There
This isn’t theory. It’s our family’s everyday life.
I Do the Research
I read labels, research studies, and product information so you don’t have to.
