About Me

Twenty years ago, I walked out of an allergist’s office carrying a baby, an EpiPen prescription, and a thousand questions. Over the years, I learned how to navigate school, birthday parties, vacations, ingredient labels, emergency plans, restaurants, and all the everyday moments that come with raising a child with a peanut allergy. Today, Matthew is thriving. I created Peanut Allergy Mom to become the resource I wish someone had handed me on diagnosis day.
