This martini is a sweet, boozy treat that tastes like a slice of moist cake covered in frosting and sprinkles. This martini recipe contains all these flavors. It’s essentially a slice of cake in a glass, and there’s no baking involved!

I used Birthday Cake Vodka, heavy whipping cream, and Hershey’s syrup for this cocktail. For the rim, I mixed powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and heavy whipping cream and coated it along the edge of the glass with colorful sprinkles. 

Ingredients and Instructions

  • Cocktail shaker

For the martini

  • Birthday Cake vodka
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Hershey’s syrup
  • Ice

For the rim

  • Powdered sugar
  • Cocoa powder
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Sprinkles

How to Make a Chocolate Birthday Cake Martini

  1. Combine the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and heavy whipping cream in a small bowl to make a thick frosting.
  2. Rim 4 martini glasses with the frosting, then dip them in colorful sprinkles of your choice.
  3. Fill a large shaker halfway with ice, and add in the birthday cake vodka, heavy whipping cream, and Hershey’s syrup.
  4. Shake well until thick and foamy, and immediately pour into your rimmed martini glasses.

Martini Glass Rim

  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tbs Cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbs Heavy whipping cream
  • Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and heavy whipping cream to make a thick frosting.
  • Rim 4 martini glasses in the frosting, then dip in sprinkles of your choice.
  • Fill a large shaker halfway with ice, and add in the Birthday Cake Vodka, heavy whipping cream, and Hershey’s syrup.
